Payer Terms

BRATIC INTEGRATED SOLUTIONS LTD ("Feexa", "we", "us", or "our") provides payment technology used by merchants ("Merchants") to accept payments from customers and payers ("you" or "Payer").
These Payer Terms explain how Feexa processes payments you make to Merchants via Tap to Pay, payment links, online checkout, invoices, or other Feexa-enabled methods. By completing a payment, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Role of Feexa
Feexa provides payment processing infrastructure and related tooling. Your purchase or booking contract is between you and the Merchant. Feexa is not the seller of the goods or services unless Feexa itself is the Merchant on the receipt.
2. Authorising payments
When you pay, you authorise the Merchant (and Feexa acting on the Merchant’s behalf or via its payment partners such as Stripe) to charge the payment method you present for the stated amount, including any tips, taxes, or fees shown before confirmation.
3. Refunds and disputes
Refund, cancellation, and booking policies are set by the Merchant. Contact the Merchant first for refunds. Card network chargeback rights may also apply under your card issuer’s rules. Feexa may assist Merchants or payment partners in investigating disputed payments.
4. Security and fraud
You must only use payment methods you are authorised to use. Feexa and its payment partners may decline or reverse transactions suspected to be fraudulent or unauthorised.
5. Personal data
Payment and booking data may be processed by Feexa, the Merchant, and payment partners as described in our Privacy Policy. Feexa does not store full card numbers on its own servers; card data is handled by certified payment processors.

7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
